The Guide Package is designed for those couples who would like a helping
hand along the way.    This package works well for couples who want to do
most of the planning and would like help from early on to make sure they stay
on track and the details don’t get lost along the way.  We offer advice on how
to connect all your ideas together to reach your vision.

    Services Include:

The Director Package plus...
Multiple in person meetings.
Vendor referrals.
Attending appointments or contract negotiations.
Creation of event design.
Creation of time line and checklists from date of hire through end of
event.
Collection of items prior to event to be brought and set up at ceremony
and reception.  i.e.: place cards and programs.
Assistance with budget.
Assistance with stationary.
Room block negotiations.
Assistance with seating charts, floor plans, ceremony line up and
etiquette.
Handling payables to vendors.
